Sorry Sunderland are “diabolical” after setting a new Premier League low at the weekend.
David Moyes’ rock bottom side made it 10 games without a win at the start of the season after another horror show saw Sunderland slip to a 4-1 defeat.
It was partly down to heroics from Arsenal substitute Olivier Giroud and partly the red and whites self-imploding after getting back on level terms.
But the end outcome means Sunderland are now the worst ever Premier League team having collected just two points from the opening 30 available - worse than previously history-making Derby County.
And people couldn’t wait to stick the boot in - especially Alan Shearer, the man the Mackems love to hate.
